    We are looking for a Cybersecurity Sr Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be key in deploying, operating, and managing security tools that helps reduce risk to LL Flooring. As an Cybersecurity Sr Analyst, you will take an active role in evolving IT security systems to protect Lumber Liquidators from cyber-attacks. You will also help develop organization wide best practices for IT security. You will monitor our network for security issues, install security software, create supporting documentation, spread a cyber-security culture and document all security issues you find.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Install security measures and operate software
    • Upgrade systems to enable security software
    • Install, tune and use protection & detection tools
    • Follow Lumber Liquidators cyber-security policies, processes, procedures & frameworks
    • Evaluate & deploy new technologies in a sustainable manner
    • Find and remediate weaknesses
    • Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT security requirements
    • Gather feedback from end users to continue to improve systems
    • Design, analyze and implement efficient IT security systems
    • Researches new technologies and applicability to our business, making recommendations to the IT Senior Management team regarding new technologies.
    • Provides updates to ticket system to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • An understanding of vulnerability management
    • Experience in installing security software and documenting security issues
    • Proficient in managing user and server operating systems
    • A self-starting can do mentality
    • Proficient at solving problems and accomplishing tasks efficiently

    • Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
    • Ability to solve problems and apply creative and timely solutions.

    • Ability to multi-task in high volume environment.
    • Observes all company safety policies, procedures and practices. Immediately notes and corrects any safety hazards. Immediately notifies supervisor of any hazards she or he is unable to correct.



    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred.

    Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:

    • Three years of experience delivering, implementing, or administering complex technical security solutions
    • Experience with products in the following categories
    • IAM
    • Device hardening
    • DLP
    • Data flow mapping
    • SOAR
    • Incident management & response
    • Risk management
    • Enterprise password vaults
    • Vulnerability scanning and management
    • SIEM
    • PKI
    • Application control
    • Network micro-segmentation
    • Virtualization
    • Cyber security and/or networking certifications preferred but not a must (security+, network+, CEH, CISSP, SSCP, CAP, CCNA, CCNP)
    • Familiarity with PCI-DSS, NIST, data privacy and similar regulatory and contractual requirements
    • Experience with ITIL processes
