Your stay will start in Orlando Florida at a local hotel near the MCO airport Friday night and will be within our designated room block to ensure complimentary transportation from the hotel to the conference venue in Port Cavernal, Florida on Saturday February 6.

Parking Notice: Parking for the entirely of the event is $119.00 due at venue check-in. Rates subject to change by vendor.

Gratuity Notice: Gratuities for event staff are not included in your event package. While not required, tipping is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks for exceptional service by staff.

Include flights: Flights are booked on your behave from the closest major airport within 50-miles of zip code. Based on best availability; flights are coach class, not to exceed $300.00 total without surcharge. Secondary guest are billed a current carrier rate.
