June's Monthly Meeting.

Presentation Details:

Walter Opaska will speak on the topic of the Default Password Conundrum.

The default password problem is an IT security conundrum, i.e. a difficult, insoluble problem, spanning decades.  This presentation will:

  1. Outline the default password problem
  2. Explain why the conundrum definition applies
  3. Discuss contemporary default password issues.

Walter has over 35 years in IT security and audit. As a CISSP, CISA, and CPA, he has managed IT security projects and audits as a Federal government employee and contractor.

Presently, he is the Treasurer of the ISC2 Quantico, VA chapter.
