Research has shown that emotional intelligence actually accounts for the majority of your long-term success, even in technical roles. It's the ability to remain calm under pressure and resilient in the face of adversity. It's leading with empathy and inclusivity. It's bringing out the best in others. In this session, learn how to increase your emotional intelligence so you can empower greater success for yourself and the people around you.
Bio: Andreas Wagner is an experienced Business Coach. He has held senior management functions in sales, services, business development, and marketing. Through his experience at AWS, Ericsson, Huawei, Hitachi, Fujitsu, and Ingram, Andreas has gained a very good insight in several industries and diverse cultural leadership contexts.
Andreas holds a German business administration degree (Diplom-Betriebswirt, FH) from the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Lincoln, UK. Furthermore Andreas delivers lectures on leadership, organizational behavior, and digital business transformation at several universities.

Chapter Members that hold a (ISC)2 certification will received up to two CPE for attendance. You must register in the Zoom meeting using your full name to be eligible for CPE credits. Your membership account must also have your correct (ISC)2 certification ID to be awarded the CPE credits.
